How do I connect my social media accounts?
Navigate to your Dashboard, click 'Connected Accounts', and follow the prompts to authorise each platform. We support Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Absolutely. Our calendar view lets you schedule content weeks or even months ahead. Simply create your post, pick a date and time, and ZARZOOM handles the rest.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification when you approach your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Account Settings page, and the change takes effect immediately.
Is my data secure?
